Ali Ikram is the Co-founder and Managing Director of OCM and the leader who steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing the vision, mission and long term goals of OCM.

As the Managing Director, Ikram also provides strategic advice and executes business strategies and implements comprehensive business plans in order to facilitate and to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its objectives and does not diverge from its strategic plan and guidelines..

Ikram also plays a significant role in both strategic and technical aspects in OCM. The strategic aspect includes setting goals for the team, hiring employees and prioritizing projects. The technical aspect is about getting actively involved in developing services and identifying requirements and setting timelines.

HASSAN ALI

Director

Hassan Ali is the Co-founder and a Director of OCM who has over more than 10 years of experience in the engineering field. Hassan heads up the OCM engineering team and takes part in managing key projects, working closely with the team and clients to ensure the projects are delivered to specification, on time and within budget.

Hassan worked in the longest-serving public company in the Maldives, Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), as a Senior Mechanic from 15th March 2011 to 27th April 2018. Hassan was responsible for attending to after-sales services of marine engines such as Yanmar, Suzuki, during his tenure at MTCC. Having tremendous technical knowledge on complex issues and ability to provide amicable solutions to the needs of clients, Hassan is known as the technical brain of OCM.

While sharing his expertise and exposure in the field, Hassan also takes pride in educating, training and most importantly sharing his knowledge to the staff of OCM, including training sessions to interns.
